
Prices and Sales (Admission and Extras)
THANKS FOR COMING TO FROSTBURN!
Each year we strive to keep ticket prices as low as possible so that everyone can afford to both attend and put more money towards art and music projects!
- First Tier ticket sales ended on Jan. 17th
- Tickets are now $50 and will be available at this price until 11:59 pm EST, February 9th, when online ticket sales will end.
- Tickets will be available at the gate for $100 per person, to be paid in cash only.
- All advance purchases are "will call" only! You will receive your laminated pass at the registration desk
Frostburn also offers a number of electrical sites (approximately 50) for purchase along with your ticket. These sites entitle the participant to the use of an electrical outlet rated for between 2,400 and 3,600 watts of power. Use of an electrical outlet can be reserved for a $20 fee. A second outlet can be reserved for an additional $40 fee ($60 total). A small, inexpensive ($5) adapter may be necessary for some sites and once camp locations are determined, you will recieve an email notification if your site requires an adapter. As the event approaches, more electical sites may be made available, but this will depend on weather conditions, so its safest to reserve now.
All purchases may be transferred to another participant before February 10, 2010. All purchases are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. Staff may eject any participant without refund for failure to comply with all rules and regulations of the event and/or campground.
All advance purchases are "will call" only! You will receive confirmation of your purchase via the email address of your PayPal account. A valid passport or state-issued photo ID will be required to "pick up" your order at the event. At the event you will be given a laminated pass which must be visible at all times.
Please note: Your PayPal transaction will appear as FROSTBURN on your bank or credit statement.

ADMISSION
All admission purchases do include in/out privileges for participants, but not for vehicles parked inside the event area. Once a vehicle is removed from the event area, it may not return to the event area. Approved mutant vehicles may leave the event area for refueling purposes only.
All minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal (court-appointed) guardian, and supervised at all times. Parental consent is not enough!

GENERAL ADMISSION:
$50.00 each (until 11:59 pm EST, February 9th), or $70 with one electrical outlet or $110 with two electrical outlets. PayPal only. No more than 2,500 admissions will be permitted at this rate (excess sales will be refunded).
There is a limited amount of camp spaces with access to electricity. Priority will be given to theme camps. Reserve early! When all these spaces have been taken, this option will be removed.
When checking out, if you are a theme camp or have special placement preferences, please add a note under "Add Special Instructions to the Seller" on the Paypal checkout screen.
FIREWOOD
Due to an Emerald Ash Borer quarantine and resulting campground regulations, all firewood must be purchased through us (and delivered by our approved provider). You may not bring firewood to the event, sell firewood (or anything else) at the event, or remove unused firewood from the campground. Lumber and other wood-based building materials are not affected by the quarantine and may be used in fires.

RESERVED:
Firewood may be purchased in advance before February 9th, PayPal only. To guarantee availability advance purchase is strongly recommended. Wood will be sold by the wheelbarrow at a price of $30 per load. Although it is impossible to estimate exactly how much firewood you will need (depending on temperature, size of fire, duration of burn, etc.), one wheelbarrow may be sufficient for cooking fires or small campfires for the weekend, while one load per night is likely to suffice for longer campfires. A bulk purchase option is also available for larger projects if enough early enough notice is given...please contact us at fb1010@frostburnpgh.com for more info on this option.
